Women's Writing Retreat with Kay Adams

It's back! For 10 years, 1997-2006, Kay offered an annual women's writing retreat for small groups of women who deeply explored their lives in a contemplative retreat setting. This summer, join Kay and a superb gathering of women for the first women's writing retreat in several years. Through facilitated writing, artmaking, poetry, silence, sharing, and community we will engage in a process of gentle yet powerful growth.

The 2010 theme is life story writing. You'll learn and practice three approaches to life story writing, including a depth method from the work of Ira Progoff, a memoir method from the work of Judith Barrington, and a journal therapy method of Kay's own design.
